Richie Shreves has been the Director of Human Resources at Greenville Utilities since 2014. She has more than 25 years of Human Resources experience and was previously employed as the HR Manager of idX Impressions. Prior to that, she worked at NACCO Materials Handling Group, Inc. in various capacities in Human Resources since the early 1990s.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with her major course of study in Human Resources Management from East Carolina University. In addition, she holds two human resource certifications, SPHR and SHRM-SCP. She is a member of the International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), as well as the NC Coastal SHRM.
