❓ Wondering why your power bill is sometimes the same or higher when you weren’t home as much as normal? Your home is still using energy while you’re away. Heating and cooling systems, for example, will still run in order to keep up with what we have our thermostats set to. 🏠 On average, HVAC systems make up approximately 50% of our household energy use. Our Water Treatment Plant team hosts numerous tours each year, and the last week of January they welcomed 100 Greenville, N.C. Fire/Rescue personnel for a series of 18 special visits over three days.
