Phil Dixon serves as General Counsel for Greenville Utilities. During his career he has represented numerous public entities and chaired many associations in the legal community. He’s earned awards and recognition for his community service from organizations throughout eastern North Carolina.
Phil obtained a B.S. degree in Business Administration from East Carolina University and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.
