Jeff McCauley is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Greenville Utilities. Before joining GUC in 2009, Jeff served 14 years as the Deputy Financial Officer for the City of Raleigh. Prior to his appointment as Deputy Financial Officer, Jeff held positions in governmental accounting and public accounting in the private sector.
As a native of North Carolina, Jeff earned his B.A. degree in Accounting, Business Management, and Economics from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC and is licensed by the State of North Carolina as a Certified Public Accountant.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants, Government Finance Officers Association, and North Carolina Government Finance Officers Association (NCGFOA).
