The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued a final rule (40 CFR Part 441 ) on June 9, 2017 governing Dental Dischargers which requires a submittal of a One Time Compliance Report to GUC. All existing Dental Dischargers must complete the report and submit to GUC’s Wastewater Treatment Plant no later than October 12, 2020. NEW Dental Practices/Dischargers (after July 14, 2017) must be in compliance PRIOR to discharging dental wastewater.
